Who we are
Bella Herler Ltd ("Bella Herler", "we") operates bellaherler.com. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at enquiries@bellaherler.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what the site needs to run:
- Enquiry details — name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message, including residence, property or licence details you choose to include.
- Usage data — we use cookieless analytics that record aggregate page views without cookies, personal identifiers or cross-site tracking. This site sets no tracking cookies, which is why it shows no cookie banner.
Why we process it
We process enquiry details to respond to you and to arrange the services you ask about (legitimate interests and steps prior to a contract, under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing lists.
Who receives it
Messages sent through the site are delivered to us by our email processing provider and hosted infrastructure providers, acting as processors under contract. Where a stay involves a service partner — a chauffeur or a close protection operator — we share only what the engagement requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any stay that follows, and then for up to six years where records are needed for legal or accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. Write to enquiries@bellaherler.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a revised date.
